One of the few disadvantages of living in New Zealand is the time difference with the rest of the world. Since we cannot be here 24 hours a day (although we do our best) we put some thought into how our customers could keep track of their consignments. After your order has shipped by air or by sea we will send you copies of the shipment details by fax or e-mail as soon as possible. Have your invoice copy at hand and simply enter the vessel or flight number, your bill of lading or air waybill number to receive an update on the progress of your order.
