The Blue Sky Meats team comprises experienced marketing, production and logistics personnel. They handle stock control, sales and marketing, shipping, foreign exchange and documentation. Blue Sky Meats’ marketing strategy is based around extensive market coverage that assures the best returns for suppliers’ products from a select range of reliable customers including HRI distributors, manufacturers, supermarkets and caterers. Blue Sky Meats (NZ) Ltd is located in the South Island of New Zealand. Established in 1987, Blue Sky is a processor of lamb, mutton, bobby veal and goat.
During peak season the Boning and Cutting room operates 20 hours per day, 7 days per week. The plant handles approximately 30,000 stock units per week with almost 100% being further processed.
